Dear paintball fanatic,

You have been selected to take part in a unique paintball experience. To take part in this event you will need to fill out this application and submit a fee of EUR95,00

Keep in mind included in this you will be issued with 1000 paintballs, maps, hardcopies of scenarios, rules and regulations, necessary protection(knee pads), food and drink, and props that you will need for the day.

You will require bringing your own mask, knife, boots (necessity), paintball marker and underwear (we do not take responsibility for washing your underwear). However, we might be able to provide you with a paintball marker and a mask if you need one.

The event will take place on Sunday 15-June-2008 in an undisclosed location. The time and location will be relayed to you at a later date.

We require a digital torso photograph (I.D. photo) to be emailed to skirmish@dna-paintball.com, maximum 48 hrs after submission of this application (its none of your business what we will do with it).
