The Kathryn day fund raiser that was held at DNA Paintball & Entertainment Park on Saturday, 12.11.2011 was a big success. We would like to thank Dark Legion Motorcycle Club for their grand entrance and invasion of our skate park, Lemon Printing for their sponsorship of stickers, banners, flyers and posters, Baranov Web Traffic Coordinators for their support in updating and maintaining our website, Project Nadar for their excellent photographs and video footage, and to Keira, a special thank you for her volunteering and PR on the day. And last, but by no means least thank you to all the individuals, and businesses for their contributions, donations, help, time and effort in making the day successful.
The general idea was to have an event to raise funds to help with the financial side of Kathryn’s treatment. The Kathryn Day event created a buzz at DNA Paintball & Entertainment Park and proved that people from all walks of life can come together and help in a time of need.
Apart from the sudden downpour of rain that washed the day away, we still managed to raise a bit over one thousand euros in aid of Kathryn and her family. Management and Staff at DNA Paintball & Entertainment Park, wish Kathryn strength in the forthcoming days and a speedy recovery!
